It
is essential to keep the content of your website current. In some
instances, websites need to be updated daily, while others can be
updated semi-annually and still contain relevant information.
With our extraordinarily low hourly rates for maintenance, it is very cost effective to keep your website fresh. We never want cost to be an issue for our customers when deciding whether or not to update their website. Therefore, we bill at just $45/hour for existing website updates in six-minute increments. If your website takes one-tenth of an hour to update, you'll be charged just $4.50. If you are a church or a non-profit organization, our hourly rate is just $39.
With monthly billing cycles, you can have your website updated often throughout the month. At the end of the month, you'll receive one bill itemizing all the updates to your website: what we did, when we did it, and how long it took.
We will also advise you on the approximate time an update will take before you authorize it. This gives you peace of mind knowing you will not be overcharged or surprised. Most updates requested are done within the same day and almost always within 24 hours.
KLP recommends all websites be overhauled every two-and-a-half to three years. This ensures your website design and content stay relevant in an ever-changing market.
Need a Content Management System?
Content Management Systems (CMS) allows you to update portions of your website yourself through your website's browser. This can give you immediate control with time-sensitive updates to your website. It also may be more cost-effective to choose a CMS if you plan to update your website often.
